The effect of solution parameters (pH, ionic strength and buffer capacity) on monobiosensor responses was investigated. We analyzed the prospects of operation of all monobiosensors in the same conditions as part of a single array of sensors. The presence of cross-exposure of substrates of all used enzymatic systems was investigated. It is shown that the array was characterized by high selectivity for possible interferences. The created array of biosensors has a high reproducibility of responses and storage stability. The main analytical characteristics of the developed monobiosensors, such as sensitivity, response time, were also investigated. biosensors, linear range and limit of substrate determination.
