It is shown that the linear dependence of spin splitting and Faraday angle on the magnetic field for nanocrystals, nanocomposites and Cd1-xMnxTe (Se, S) semiconductor films is due to the growth of the d-d and p-d exchange interactions with decreasing system dimension, which indicates the paramagnetic properties. The prospects of using {CdS: Mn; CdS: Co} - NSA nanoparticles for the diagnosis of biological tissues as effective sensors and fluorescent labels are shown. With the use of laser treatment the functionalization of multigraph film with the formation of single-crystal components was carried out. This affects the optimization of the electrical properties and sensitivity of detectors such as graphene / CdTe / Au. The photosensitive CdSb - In4(Se3)1-х Тe3х, CdSb - Cd1-хMnхTe and CdSb - Cd1-xMnxTe thin-film heterojunctions were obtained by the method of RF cathode sputtering, as well as by the laser modification of the structural-phase state of CdSb films. Thin-film interference filters on In4(Se3)1-х(Te3)х crystals, as well as on CdSb, which have high optical characteristics and parameters promising for creating cells of optical biosensors in automated systems for rapid analysis of molecular spectra of substances in industries, biotechnology, medicine and ecology were obtained and studied. The original mode of detection of crystallographic inhomogeneities and defects in the field of laser influence in laser-epitaxial Cd1-xMnxTe layers by means of electrons channeling in PEM was developed and direct observation of bulk tetrahedral and flat packing defects in Cd1-xM-stable structure was achieved. Homogeneity and stability of the structure of laser epitaxial layers were diagnosed.
