With the help of a complex method using chromatography, investigation of the propensity of specified coal beds to spontaneous combustion was carried out. It is established that coal of adjacent seams d40, d41, d3 within the site of blocks 10-11 of Mine office “Pokrovskoe” is not dangerous for spontaneous combustion.
