Object of research: geological environment of the territory of Boryslav, surface layers of the atmosphere, wells, pits, materials of multispectral remote surveys. Purpose: to study the state of gassiness of the surface atmosphere of Boryslav as a result of natural and man-made factors in the process of long-term industrial production of hydrocarbons from Boryslav oil and gas and ozokerite fields based on the use of modern materials of multispectral space surveys in combination with remote assessment of the manifestation on the daily surface of hydrocarbon emanations and analysis of geological and industrial data. Research methods: analysis and thematic decoding of multispectral remote sensing in combination with ground-based research using gas detectors, computer processing of research materials Results. • substantiated theoretical and methodological bases of research of pollution of the geological environment and surface layer of the city atmosphere by hydrocarbons of natural origin of oil and gas fields on the basis of integrated use of geological data, features of landscape structure and materials of aerospace surveys; • materials on the study of gassiness of the territory of Boryslav oil and gas field in 2020 are summarized; • the state of gassiness of the surface atmosphere of the territory of Boryslav as a result of natural and man-made factors in the process of long-term industrial production of hydrocarbons of Boryslav oil and gas and ozokerite fields was studied; • a map of pollution of Boryslav with hydrocarbon emanations was created on the basis of materials of remote and ground surveys. The practical significance of the obtained results. The results of the research can be used by state and other stakeholders to prepare and substantiate proposals for the development of measures to minimize the risk of emergencies in the environment of Boryslav in connection with long-term production.
