The main results on this issue are described in section 2 of the report, after the Introduction, numbered as "section 1". Section 3 of the report is devoted to the electrical conductivity of composites with carbon nanotubes and their properties depending on the matrix. The effect of a ferromagnetic dielectric substrate on one side of a graphene film and a ferroelectric on the other on the conductivity of a graphene monolayer was studied. The main content of these studies is described in Section 4. They show the possibility of creating, based on this, devices for processing information with high performance. Studies of low-dimensional strong magnetic materials and their nonlinear properties, in particular those related to the domain structure, and their control by changing the magnetic moments by electric current, are aimed at creating devices for practical use. Their results are described in Section 5. Section 6 presents an analysis of the application of the exchange interaction of the free carriers with magnetic ions in the first approximation of perturbation theory to predict the ferromagnetic ordering of magnetically mixed semiconductors and consideration of the same problem in the approximation of the indirect RKKY exchange interaction which are inducing by the carriers of current between mgnetic ions, in this semiconductor solid solution. The results are pedagogical in nature. The results obtained during the project can be used to create functional elements based on nanogranular films, in particular for magnetic hyperthermia, magnetoelastomers, and devices using ferroelectric compounds, in further research at the Institute of Physics of NAS of Ukraine and other research centers in Ukraine.
