The subject of research is the institutionalization of anti-corruption transformations of legislation and practice of its application in the field of public relations of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to reveal the content of the processes of institutionalization of anti-corruption transformations of legislation and practice of its application in the field of public law relations of Ukraine. Research methodology: based on the use of resources of dialectical and formal logic, legal hermeneutics and linguistics, axiology and axiomatics of law, anthropological-sociological, formal-dogmatic, comparative-legal, systemic and structural-functional and other methods. General scientific methods are used within the framework of a systematic approach to the interpretation of anti-corruption legislation, the provisions of related branches of law and the practice of their law enforcement; system-structural approach to the study of institutions covered by anti-corruption legislation; axiological approach, which will assess the rules and their interpretations, relevant events in public life from the standpoint of national and other universal values. Theoretical results of the research: phenomenological and empirical knowledge of anti-corruption tools, concentrated in dissertations, scientific articles, abstracts of reports at conferences, monographs, guidelines for law enforcement of anti-corruption legislation. Practical results of the research: the genesis of the problem of corruption and anti-corruption activity is determined, and the relevant methodology of knowledge of interrelations of legal norms of anti-corruption legislation and conceptual apparatus of the research problem is applied.
