The object of the study - the patterns of location of erosion-hazardous soils and the conditions of their transformation into eroded soils within the catchments of different order. Research methods - field, laboratory, comparative GIS methods. The theoretical results - stages of transformation of erosively dangerous soils into eroded soils are determined. Practical results - a list of agronomic measures to prevent erosion on sloping lands. Novelty - the use of geostatic methods of data analysis and evaluation of the introduction of anti-erosion agronomic measures in field crop rotations. Efficiency - reduction of soil losses and ensuring optimization of soil losses from erosion to acceptable limits with a corresponding reduction in runoff..
