The essence of the study of Ukrainian philology and osvitology is that the scientific achievements of teachers of the Department of Ukrainian Philology MSU introduced into the practice of teaching a block of disciplines, used during practical classes, organization of research work of teachers and students, cooperation between the university and general secondary education institutions and higher education institutions of both the city of Mariupol and Ukraine as a whole, as well as in concluding programs of training, retraining, improvement of Ukrainian language proficiency for citizens of different ages and professional categories (entrants, teachers, civil servants, local government representatives, law enforcement officers).
