Sokolovsky» popup.description2 The object of research is erosively vulnerable agrolandscapes of the Left Bank Forest-Steppe and Steppe of Ukraine. Рurpose - to develop scientific and technological bases for water erosion assessment and minimizing of the erosion risks on agricultural lands of Ukraine. Methods - information-bibliographic, analytical, abstract-logical, field and laboratory-analytical research, remote sensing (aerial photography with UAV DJI Phantom3Advanced and multispectralsatellite imagery Landsat8), statistical-mathematical, geoinformation and geostatistical analysis of data (by GIS TNTmips and ArcGIS), mathematical modeling (WEPP and GMME water erosion models). Theoretical results: a system for assessment the manifestations of erosion processes and minimizing the risks of their development on agricultural lands of Ukraine, consisting of three blocks - I - risk assessment of water erosion and II - assessment of erosion processes, III - development of landscape-adapted measures for erosion risk minimizing. Practical results - algorithm for assessing and minimizing the risk of erosion of agricultural lands and field infrastructure; updated calculation basis of soil protection optimization of agrolandscapes structure. Novelty - the use of geographic information technologies and digital elevation models for erosion processes model and assessment of soil erosion manifestations. Efficiency - increasing the accuracy and reliability of forecasting erosion processes and environmental and economic assessment of losses from water erosion for implementation of effective anti-erosion measures; reduction of soil losses from agricultural lands to normative values.
