The aim of the study is to increase the effectiveness of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of chronic dermatoses (rosacea, acne-rosacea). Methods: clinical; common laboratory tests; statistics. On the basis of the research, scientific data were supplemented in relation to the peculiarities of the clinical course of rosacea, which may be due to a set of factors: combination with concomitant pathology; formation of various manifestations of disorders of the psychophysiological state of patients. It has been established that the obligatory symptom of rosacea (acne-rosacea, pink acne) in women is the so-called "Rosacea-tides", which indicate changes in the vascular component of the inflammatory-reparative process that develops in this dermatosis in the skin and décolleté. For the first time, the clinical effectiveness of complex angiocorrective therapy (general - oral administration of diosmin "Phlebodia") and topical (darsonvalization of facial skin) has been developed and proven, which reduces the duration of treatment and reduces the frequency of recurrences and prevents the development of dermatological complications.
