The aim of the study is to increase the effectiveness of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of chronic dermatoses (rosacea, acne-rosacea). Methods: clinical; common laboratory tests; statistics. For the first time, the clinical effectiveness of complex angiocorrective therapy (general - oral administration of diosmin "Phlebodia") and topical (darsonvalization of facial skin) has been developed and proven, which reduces the duration of treatment and reduces the frequency of recurrences and prevents the development of dermatological complications.
