Research aim was an experimental study of pharmaceutical properties of placental fractions taking bovine endometritis as an example. Research methods were as follows: liquefied gas extraction, gas chromatography, flow cytometry, statistical processing. Equipment: unit for cryosublimation fractionation of biological materials, device for extraction of lipid fractions by liquefied gases, cryoseparator, refrigerated centrifuge, GC-2014 gas chromatograph with plasma ionization detector (Shimadzu, Japan), BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer (BD Biosciences, USA). Pharmaceutical properties of protein-peptide and amino acid fractions of porcine placenta, using bovine endometritis as an example, have been studied at the Agri-Plant “Slobozhanskiy”. The obtained results are used in designing the universal technology of cryomolecular fractionation for biological raw materials of plant and animal origin.
