Research methods - the tasks were solved using theoretical research methods that allowed to achieve the main results and confirm their reliability by the method of active experiments. Methods of differential and integral calculation, the basic provisions of theoretical mechanics, analytical geometry, mathematical analysis and mathematical statistics were used. The object of research is the technological process of shaft restoration; the process of squeezing the pulp of castor seeds in an open channel that mimics the pressing turn of the screw press; electroflotation processes during purification of pressed castor oil; the relationship between the organization of the point for diagnosing elements of fuel equipment and increase the operating time to failure, reduce operating costs, increase the service life of engines with distributed fuel injection through the organization of diagnostics, warranty and post-warranty maintenance. Comparison of theoretical and experimental dependences of time of moisture removal and hydrated phosphatides from castor oil on voltage at electrodes showed adequacy of theoretical model to experimental data (maximum deviation of theoretical values from experimental does not exceed 7%) and expediency of use of the offered method of purification in an electric field (the degree of purification for 1000 s is 97%). The developed scheme of automation of the electrotechnological complex allows to carry out control of process on liquid level in chambers and oil temperature in the set technological modes.
