A mathematical model of multi-coordinate spatial transformations in laser processing equipment has been developed, which allows to visualize the distribution of the geometric component of machining error in the working space of the machine, to determine areas of working space with minimal error, to find curvature of machined surfaces, to determine corrective effects. Approaches and principles of experimental research of trajectory movements accuracy and technological equipment processes are developed. The increase of geometric accuracy of trajectory movements according to the developed mathematical model of S-curve acceleration/deceleration that provides smoothness of speed, acceleration and jerk is experimentally confirmed. Algorithms of technical vision for determination of geometrical and thermo-optical characteristics of objects for their application at formation of adaptive trajectories of movement and control of laser cladding processes parameters are investigated. The principles and approaches of creation and experimental research of the distributed system of registration of fast-changing processes that provides a low level of noise and noise due to minimization of lengths of analog lines are developed. The structure of the experimental stand on the basis of the milling machine with the additional laser equipment is developed that gives the chance of research of laser cladding processes, multicoordinate positioning and combination of laser and mechanical processing in uniform technological system. A subsystem diagnostics, featuring the ability to register large amount of data about the processes in technological equipment and internal CNC variables is developed.
