Organization of production of a new type of product. Research methods - physicochemical, petrographic and thermomechanical. During the production of the experimental batch of fireclay concrete mixture of SShBD brand with additives "A" and "B" and products in the form of burner stones, the advanced technology of fireclay concrete mixture production was mastered from it. The production of a new type of products is organized - fireclay concrete mix of SSHBD brand of advanced composition. Fireclay concrete mix of the SShBD brand meets the requirements of technical conditions in terms of properties. The research on improvement of technology of manufacturing of low-cement fireclay concrete mix of the SSSHNTSB brand is carried out. The influence of aggregate type, its grain composition, alumina and quartz-containing additives, amount of cement on water consumption, spreading of freshly made mass and properties of concrete samples after heat treatment at temperatures of 110, 800 and 1400 оС were studied. It is established that the partial replacement of fireclay in the concrete mixture with normal corundum, the introduction of alumina and quartz-containing additives, increasing the amount of high alumina cement reduces water consumption and increases the spread of concrete mass, increases the strength of concrete samples before and after heat treatment. In JSC "UkrNDIV named after AS Experimental batches of corundum, mulitocorundum, corundum carbide-silicon, traditional and low-cement fireclay concrete mixtures, products using fireclay concrete mixture, mulitocorundum packing mass, mulitocorundum and mullite mortars were made.
