The regularities of the influence of the surface energy of crystals on the temperature and time dynamics of the modulated superstructure, on the temperature changes of the optical properties of the crystals, on the phase diagram of the state of the crystals are established.These data allow you to purposefully synthesize crystals with predetermined properties.The practical significance of the research results is to obtain new micro - and nanocrystals.
