In the paper is researched and developed: – improved method of parallel coding of contours with multilevel layering of objects in binary images, – improved method and algorithms for recognizing objects on the basis of form attributes in terms of affine transformations and obstacles of different nature, – new highly informative features of image fragments based on δ-entropy, – advanced methods of parallel computing and the method of memory organization with multi-format access to two-dimensional fragments of data matrices. The results of research allow to expand the capabilities of computer vision systems to solve in real time a wider range of modern problems that arise in industry, transport, scientific and medical research, in special purpose systems and more.
