The object of research is the training of forensic experts during internships in state specialized institutions in the specialty 10.5 "Investigation of the causes and consequences of violations of life safety and labor protection". Due to the need to increase the efficiency of training of forensic experts and their professional level, and the need to take into account changes in legislation and regulations on labor protection in recent years, the work aims to develop guidelines for training of forensic experts in specialty 10.5 "Investigation of the causes and consequences of violations of life safety and labor protection". Research methods - general scientific methods (analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, comparison, etc.), methods of system and structural analysis; methods of empirical research (observation and research of specific phenomena, generalization and description of research results). The research work was performed in accordance with the Thematic plan of research work of research institutions of forensic examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for 2019-2020, approved by Acting State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine O.A. Kosolapova. The practical result of the work is to develop guidelines for training (internships) of employees of research institutions of forensic science in specialty 10.5, as well as improving the training program in specialty 10.5 "Investigation of the causes and consequences of violations of safety and health."
