A model for the development of ICT competence of teachers in the process of implementing a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions has been developed and implemented: updating the content of education through the development of integrated plans, programs, special courses, training materials for teacher training using ICT; formation of the need for ICT through the organization of teachers' activities in the information educational environment and intensive use of means of communication for the purpose of purposeful learning, interaction; ensuring the management of the development of the level of ICT mastery on the basis of the introduction of modern learning technologies, organizational forms of learning and educational services; formation of teachers' ability to functional learning through the use of various electronic educational resources, computer programs, modern software packages to support learning, which require the selection of necessary information and their purposeful use and presentation; organization of independent work of teachers with the use of innovative technologies. The level of future teachers for the use of ICT in professional activities was determined using diagnostic tools: pedagogical observations, conversations with teachers, questionnaires, testing; analysis of work experience on the main provisions of the study, expert assessments, statistical analysis of research results.
