The purpose of research is to develop effective methods of intelligent image and video processing based on visual quality metrics for promising applications such as multimedia systems, remote sensing, telecommunications, three-dimensional printing and more. The report presents the results of the development of combined metrics of visual quality of color images of remote sensing using stable estimates with preliminary linearization of elementary metrics and trained neural networks. It is shown that the latter approach is more efficient and allows to correlate metrics with mean opinion score of 0.97. The synthesis of metrics based on analytical expressions of a certain type with optimization of parameters is also considered.
