More than 200 risk factors (RFs) increase the likelihood of developing SSH or affect their course. The long stay of the population of Ukraine under the pressure of social and humanitarian upheavals has a negative impact on the health of both contemporaries of these events and future generations. Taking into account the differences between different generations of patients in the frequency of detection of FR, the course of SSH is important to determine the significance of FR in different social conditions. However, most studies to determine the contribution of FR to the development and progression of CKD did not take into account either the features or the prognostic value of FR in different generations of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. The aim of the study was to determine the frequency of cardiovascular risk factors (FCR) in different generations of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, to clarify the prognostic value of FCR, to develop a mathematical model for predicting life expectancy of elderly patients depending on existing FCR. A comparative analysis of the frequency of FCR detection was performed in three generations of patients with coronary heart disease older than 60 years, born in 1905-1924, 1925-1944 and 1945-1964. A logistic regression equation was constructed, according to which the individual probability of cardiovascular death can be predicted. and after 80 years among patients with coronary heart disease in older age groups (model accuracy is 75%). Based on a study of the incidence of FCR in three generations of elderly patients with chronic coronary heart disease, elucidation of the impact of FCR on life expectancy, a new technology has been developed to improve life expectancy, including the in  Product Description popup.authors Bodretskaja Larisa A Voinarovska Galina P Duzhak Georgiy V Samots Irina A Foight Nataliya A Shapovalenko Irina S popup.nrat_date 2021-04-26 Close
