The purpose of the study: to develop a program of special physical training in sports dances in the preparatory period, taking into account the conversion and tempo-rhythmic structure of the movements of dancers. The purpose of the research stage: to determine the factors of improvement of the components of special physical preparedness of qualified dancers, development, experimental implementation and substantiation of the program of special physical training taking into account the conversion of physical preparedness. Object of research: physical training of dancers in the preparatory period of the annual cycle. Subject of research: training tools and the program of their target application in the preparatory period of the annual cycle. Research methods: - theoretical: analysis and generalization of special literature, materials of the Internet. The analysis of questions of modeling of physical training of dancers will be carried out, the problem is defined, the ways of its decision are substantiated; - pedagogical observations and pedagogical experiment, will be conducted in the natural conditions of training dancers; - instrumental research methods using gas analysis, pulsometry, biochemical research methods. In the conditions of modeling of competitive activity of dancers modern means of registration of reaction of cardiorespiratory system and power supply will be applied: gas analyzer Oxyconmobile (Jaeger), sports tester "Ro1ag", laboratory complex for determination of blood lactate Biosen S. Linelab; - the analysis of competitive activity will be carried out on the basis of rules of competitions on sports dance in the chosen program; - methods of mathematical statistics: correlation and factor analysis.
