The subject of research is the legal protection of intellectual property rights. The purpose of the work is to provide proposals for improving the protection of intellectual property rights based on the analysis of scientific literature, current legislation of Ukraine and relevant bylaws, as well as the generalization of practical experience. Research methods. The methodological basis of the study is a set of methods and techniques of scientific knowledge, which is based on a systematic approach that allows to explore the problems of legal protection of intellectual property. Both general scientific methods of cognition of objective activity, based on a dialectical approach to the object of study, and special ones are used. The practical significance of the obtained results is that they are of both scientific-theoretical and practical interest.
