The purpose of the work is to develop: optimal compositions of concrete on the basis of mechanically activated raw materials with improved physical and mechanical properties; methods for determining the properties of concrete by means of non-destructive testing; development of proposals on: technological features of production of wall products with the use of man-made raw materials; modifications of nanosystems of building materials; obtain concretes of rational composition on the basis of TPP ash. Research methods: standard, according to current regulations. Physicochemical methods of analysis (X-ray phase, differential-thermal, electron-microscopic) were used in the study of phase-mineralogical composition and structure of raw materials and experimental samples. A significant amount of various wastes has been accumulated in the Dnieper region. The chemical and mineralogical composition of most of them allows them to be used as components in the production of building materials and products. For the manufacture of building materials as components, proposed mineral dispersed systems of man-made origin, as well as nanomodifiers, etc., analyzed their use, developed rational compositions of building materials, proposed proposals for technological features of production of developed building materials, proposed methods for determining concrete properties by non-destructive testing .
