The purpose of the work is to study the processes of structure formation of materials depending on the conditions of their production. Research methods - X-ray phase analysis, scanning electron microscopy, testing of microhardness, reflectivity. The following features of the structure formation of alloys during their electrocrystallization have been established: at the interface between the hard cathode and the electrocrystallizing alloy, intermetallics appear both between the cathode elements and the alloy solvent element and between the cathode elements and the dissolved alloying element; when applying graphite by electrocontact method, which guarantees high adhesion of the filler with the base, a continuous composite electrolytic coating of cobalt-graphite is formed; in the formation of the pore-crystalline structure of hydrogen-reinforced metals in most cases, a bubble porous material is formed. The structure and properties of nickel-based electrolytic alloys obtained from less toxic electrolytes have been studied. The structure of electrochemical coatings with Ni-P alloy, which were characterized by increased hardness and reflectivity, was studied. The practical value of the obtained results is that scientific and technical products have been created: “Recommendations for obtaining materials with improved properties”, new technical solutions have been developed, which are protected by two utility patents of Ukraine.
