As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining characteristics of the excavation sites in the Morozovsky block of the mine named after Heroes of Space PSD "Mine management named after Heroes of Space” PJSC “DFEK Pavlogradvugillya”. The calculation of the expected methane release within the excavation sections of the Morozovsky block is performed. The choice of the method and scheme of degassing of the excavation sections of the Morozovsky block is substantiated. The calculation of the required diameters of gas pipelines has been performed taking into account the prospects for the development of mining operations until 2030.
