Purpose: the purpose of research work is a theoretical and applied analysis of mechanisms for reconciling interests in public policy making, improvement and implementation in management practice of effective tools to expand communication channels and build dialogue between public administration, business and civil society in Ukraine. Ffirst: theoretical principles of intersectoral relations in the system of public administration and administration as a special type of relationship between public authorities, business structures and non-profit organizations, which they enter to effectively address social (socio-economic, political, cultural) problems and achieve sustainable goals social development; the peculiarities of the formation of the institutional mechanism of coordination of interests in the processes of development and implementation of public policy in Ukraine are revealed, in particular that its development is conditioned by the convergence of formal institutions and political practices. It is proved that now the formation of effective mechanisms for reconciling interests in the development and implementation of public policy should become an integral part of institutional change in the reform of public administration and local self-government in Ukraine and ensure their effectiveness; analyzed the basic institutions of coordination of interests that regulate the interaction of the center and regions in Ukraine, determine the mechanism of public policy, its resource provision in the context of decentralization and institutional changes, in particular, it is established that center and regions on the mechanism of regional policy implementation, caused the conflict of interests of the state and newly created actors at the regional and local levels and highlighted the need to create effective mechanisms for coordinating interests.
