Purpose - To investigate the patterns of change of stress, strength and overconsumption of material in the fasteners and evaluate the effectiveness of its work depending on the nature of the load and contact conditions of interaction of the structure with the array, based on which to develop performance criteria. Research methods - methods of solid environment mechanics, physical-mathematical and analytical methods. The results and their novelty - the principle of uniformity of bearing elements of the frame metal fastening is formulated, which allows to design it optimally. The local normalized criterion of durability and the integral criterion of efficiency which allow to estimate work of frame fastening in concrete conditions of loading and interaction with an array of rocks are offered. The expediency of using a closed profile of rolled rectangular shape as load-bearing elements to increase the efficiency of the frame mounting is substantiated. The main design, technological and technical and operational characteristics are set out in the report Information on implementation - it is planned to transfer the method of assessing the effectiveness of the frame fastening of underground mine workings to design institutions, technical departments of mining enterprises for optimal design of fasteners for underground objects. Interrelation in other works: improvement of existing methods of increase of efficiency of work of frame fastenings of underground mine workings.
