Photodetection theory was first applied to the realistic nanowire detectors in the measurements by the method of continuous wave. Recurrent relations arising in the photodetection equation due to the influence of previous measurement intervals were obtained. The expression for the Positive-operator valued measure (POVM) for JPM detectors when measuring photons in the resonator is analytically obtained.
