The purpose of the work is to develop technical solutions for safe mining of coal seams prone to gas-dynamic phenomena in the mining and geological conditions of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske». Research methods – generalization and analysis of results, methods mat. statistics, calculations by standard methods. As a result of the work, "Measures to prevent sudden emissions of coal, rock and gas and sudden extrusion of coal" were developed at PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske». "Forecasts of coal seam emission at the site of discovery" have been developed. Zones that are safe for coal and gas emissions or extrusion have been established (exploration or control observations from the current emission hazard forecast). A series of forecasts of coal seam emission at the opening site has been made. Recommendations for prevention of sudden emissions of coal, rock and gas during mining of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske», Recommendations for safe opening of coal seam d4, prone to gas-dynamic phenomena, during mining of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske» were developed.
