The influence of modulation of transient potential receptors, cannabinoid and opioid receptors on the severity of ARDS according to such indicators as pulmonary edema, total protein content in bronchopulmonary lavage, concentration of proinflammatory cytokines, pulse activity of vagus nerve changes, morphological changes in lung tissue was studied. Data obtained indicates that the simulation of transient potential receptors and opioid receptors had a negligible effect on the severity of ARDS, while cannabinoid receptor agonists significantly reduced vagus nerve impulse activity, reduced pulmonary edema and total bronchial protein content by 35% and also significantly reduced the concentration of proinflammatory cytokines.
