Duration of investigations: May 1, 2021 - August 31, 2021. The purpose of the current stage: to obtain and study the samples of organic heterostructured materials based on stilbene and p-terphenyl with different sizes of crystalline grains. As a result of the project the following results were obtained: As it expected, due to the differences in the mechanisms of formation of the prompt and the delayed fluorescence of a fluorescent signal, the dependences of the luminescence intensity as the function of a grains size significantly differed for the radiation excitation and for the excitation by photons of light. Upon the excitation by alpha particles the signal increased with increasing the size of grains and it was maximal for single crystals. The same was observed earlier for the case of excitation of these materials by light in the first singlet state. At constant excitation by light in the region of absorption of triplet excitons, we obtained the results that differ significantly from the result described above.
