The possibility of improving the thermochromic properties of VO2 films during their two-stage formation is shown: sequential spraying at a substrate temperature of 2000C and subsequent thermal annealing. It is established that with the increase in the number of successively sprayed layers there is an increase in the film thickness, a change in the shape of the crystal grains, their size and size distribution. The influence of the structure and thickness of VO2 films on the parameters of the phase transition: height, half-width and symmetry of the hysteresis loop is studied. Based on the obtained experimental results, develop model ideas about the nature of nanoscale fractal transformations in strongly correlated thin-film systems.
