Registration Date 27-09-2021 Organization Ivan Franko National University of Lviv popup.description2  The dynamics of the energy levels and matching of the bandgaps in the perovskites and ferroics to the project goals as well as the spectra of luminescence and scintillation parameters of the perovskites and related materials were experimentally investigated. It was shown that at low temperatures (7 K) CsPbBr3 crystal is a bright scintillator demonstrating very short decay time – 1 ns. The crystal structure, phase sequences and basic properties of the row of ferroics was investigated. (NH4)2CuCl4×2Н2О crystal was found to be magnetic multiferroic, since it possesses the ferromagnetic phase at Т<0,7 К and ferroelastoelectric phase at Т<200,5 К. The first principle investigations of the structural, elastic, vibrational, electronic and optical properties of CsPbBr3 and CH3NH3PbBr3 crystals using different approximations for the exchange-correlation potential were performed and the equilibrium structural models were determined. The best coincidence between the theoretical and experimental results was found to be for the GGA (PBEsol) and GGA (PBEsol)+U approximations. Product Description popup.authors Bovgyra Oleg V.
