Thermogravimetric studies of processes in aluminum trichinolinate films were performed, and phase transition temperatures were obtained. Technological maps of oblique angle deposition of organic material films have been developed. Different types of composites based on ZnO microstructures (microdisks and microneedles) and thin films of organic materials are obtained. Studies of their morphology, photoluminescence, and research by X-ray diffraction methods have been carried out. The composite based on ZnO microdisks and Alq3 films showed a higher degree of photoluminescence polarization than each of the components themselves.
