This problem is quite multifaceted. It includes a wide range of issues: forms of ownership and management; land market; rent; land tax; land management, etc. Moreover, these issues cover all categories of land in our country. The amount of rent is determined on the basis of rental rates, which can be set depending on: the volume of products or income that can be obtained from the leased land; established land tax rate; the value of the land. To determine the amount of rent should conduct a monetary valuation of the site. Methodical approaches to the assessment of the monetary value of land owned by an employee of FOP Sidenko for renting them to the company on the terms of a bilateral agreement with a certain rent are considered.
