An analytical formula is obtained that allows to calculate the probability to get n counts at the output of a linear interferometer given m injected photon at the input for nanowire detectors. Analytical expressions for regular and irregular POVM for Josephson photomultipliers in the continuous wave measurement are obtained. Within the development of the theory of temporal coherence for quantum channels in a turbulent atmosphere a temporal correlation function for transmittance and beam wandering in atmospheric channels are obtained.
