The provisions relate to an overall organizational chart that looks at gas distribution activities in terms of safety and efficiency. This standard is intended for gas network operators to implement a control system in accordance with the Plan-Act-Check-Influence (PDCA) methodology. The standard is permitted to be used in conjunction with ISO management systems, and for evaluations or certifications performed by third parties.
