The objects of research are the distribution and dynamics of defects, impurities and electronic excitations in crystals under electromagnetic and nuclear irradiation. The aim of the work is to determine the conditions under which the generation and motion of solitons (regions of exciton condensed phases) in double quantum wells of semiconductors during stationary pumping and the presence of external traction force occur. Solution of a set of problems related to the construction of the theory of symmetric Laue diffraction of synchrotron radiation in ideal crystals taking into account both Rayleigh scattering of photons by electrons and nuclear resonance scattering on Mössbauer nuclei. The results can be used to select the optimal characteristics of the detectors and irradiation conditions when planning further experiments.
