In the model of PTZ-induced kindling, it was found that tDCS of the cerebellum has a greater anticonvulsant effect compared to TPPS of the frontal cortex. The opposite direction of the anode and cathode effects on the manifestations of acute seizures during the first half hour of observation was determined. The anticonvulsant effects of cerebellar tDCS are exacerbated by the use of axitinib. The role of the old cerebellar cortex in the implementation of anticonvulsant effects and their potentiation by axitinib was shown. The proepileptogenic effect of silver nanoparticles, which is blocked by axitinib and cerebellar tDCS, was revealed. The role of γ-receptors activated by peroxisomal proliferator (PPARγ) in the development of antiepileptic effects and cancellation of their strengthening under conditions of blocking excitable acids receptors with ketaminewere shown. Alteration of the sleep waking cycle under the influence of cerebellar TPPS was determined.
