Using intermicrosatellite markers, a total of 32 amplicons were obtained for three primers, 87.5% of which were polymorphic. The analysis of the genetic structure of the sterlet breeding group for the use of genetic and biochemical markers made it possible to identify certain features. The results of cytogenetic analysis showed that mature sterlet individuals are characterized by average values of erythrocytes with micronuclei (EMN) (3.6 ± 0.5%о). The frequency of lymphocytes with micronuclei (LMN) was (2.8 ± 0.3%). The frequency of binucleated lymphocytes (BNLs) was at the level of (1.9 ± 0.2% ). The analysis of the genetic structure of the paddlefish group, samples of which were taken from the state enterprise “Research farm “Nivka””, was carried out using biochemical markers.
