INJECTION FORMING, PLASTICIZED GRANULES, HEAT RESISTANCE, MIXING, BAKING The object of research is the processes of formation of heterophase mixtures of alloy powders for the needs of injection molding of products of complex shape for special and civil purposes. The purpose of the work is to develop the technology of manufacturing heterophasic mixtures of alloy powders for the needs of injection molding of products of complex shape for special and civil purposes. Research methods - determination of physical, chemical and technological properties of the obtained powders and plasticized granules; homogenization of powder mixtures followed by addition of plasticizer; analysis of the structure and phase composition of plasticized granules and compacted material, durometric analysis of sintered products. The report describes the method of preparation of mixtures of metal powders and plasticized granules with minimum gas saturation and the most uniform distribution of powder particles in the volume of the mixture. The influence of technological, chemical and physical properties of powders on the formability, sintering, structure, chemical composition, phase composition and physical and mechanical properties of sintered products, which were obtained by injection molding, was established. On the basis of the developed technique the project of technological instructions of preparation of plasticized granules for reception of alloys 30ХГСН2А and 30ХГСА by a method of injection molding is prepared. Developed recommendations for technological modes of plasticizer distillation and subsequent sintering ensure uniform shrinkage and high density of products during sintering.
