Luk'yanova of National academy of medical sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 The originality of the work is the development and reasoning of differentiated algorithms of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic measures aimed at timely detection and correction of complications of pregnancy and childbirth in obstetric pathology in women of different ages with a history of reproductive problems. Further implementation into clinical practice of diagnostic psychological research methods will allow to comprehensively assess the psychological state of an elderly pregnant woman before childbirth, will provide an individual approach to a woman, based on her psycho-emotional health. It will helps correct identification risk groups of tocophobia and, as a consequence, obstetric pathology during preagnancy and delivery. This method is implemented in the practice of maternity hospitals. For the first time the program of psychophysical prenatal support at the inpatient stage of pregnant women of late reproductive age with the use of brain gymnastics was introduced. In women (after infertility treatment) there is a high frequency of obstetric complications (threatening early 65-90% and late miscarriage 20-60%, the risk of premature birth 25-40%, hypertensive disorders 30-80%, metabolic disorders 30-70%) . These women were significantly more likely to have mastopathy, increased precancerous pathology of the cervix and inflammatory processes in the vagina. Ultrasound markers of ICP were detected in 25.7-28% of cases. In pregnant women after infertility treatment, there was a significant deterioration in quality of life, psychological changes. In 68.9% of these women there was depression of the T-cell immune system, an increase in the concentration of NK cells (CD16 +) by 1.5 times, in 62.2% - an increase in B-lymphocytes (CD19 +) along with a decrease in IgG by an average of 19 , 2%, an increase in IgA 1.8 times, IgM - 1.5 times.
