The results of the work – developed the information-analytical system for monitoring of engineering and technical measures of civil protection in the project and spatial documentation. This work considers changes in legal documents and legislation of Ukraine that have taken place over the past 2 years, including changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the state, significantly expands the functionality of the previous system and simplifies the processing of electronic documents.
