Despite the available limiting climatic factors, R. pseudoacacia has acclimatized to the conditions of Eastern Europe, indicating a high invasive potential of the species. We showed the influence of anthropogenic eutrophication on the qualitative and quantitative indicators of higher aquatic plants on the example of the transformation of the shallow zone of the Chornobyl NPP cooling reservoir. Increased trophic status of water bodies due to anthropogenic impact leads to a decrease in morphometric parameters of higher aquatic plants, impoverishment of their species composition and simplification of coenotic structure. In the biotopes of Kyiv, giant hogweeds are distributed mainly in mesophilic and hygromesophilic areas with enriched soil and moderate shading: beams, light forests, edges, fallows, valleys of small streams. We found that 11 populations belong to the normal type of dynamics, four to the invasive type, and two to the regressive type of dynamics. Product Description popup.authors Bereznichenko Yuliia H.
