In addition, in the context of the Russian aggression against Ukraine in the Donbas, the Joint Forces Operation in eastern Ukraine, the occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the growing number of servicemen and military offenses, the challenge is to ensure. One of the ways to achieve it is a comprehensive analysis of the legal nature, branches of formation, regulatory framework and organizational and legal support, ways of law enforcement agencies in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account international experience. The object of study is public relations, which is characterized in the field of law and order. The subject of research is the development and state of law enforcement in Ukraine, the current system of law enforcement agencies. The purpose of the study is to reveal the legal aspects of law and order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the basis of the provisions of legal norms, scientific developments based on international experience. The purpose of the study necessitated the formulation and solution of the following scientific objectives of the study: - to consider the historical and legal preconditions for the formation of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine; - to analyze the essence of the concept of "legal order", "law and order", "law enforcement agencies" and "law enforcement agencies"; - to find out the organizational and legal features of law and order in Ukraine.
