The aim of the work is to create a photoluminescent platform based on ZnO-polydopamine, ZnO-polyaniline and ZnO-Au nanostructure, which will detect K. pneumoniae in samples of biological origin. During the project implementation the authors formed theoretical and methodological principles and improved the method of creating bioselective layers based on ZnO composites. Structures, optical and electronic properties of ZnO nanostructure were characterized by SEM, EDX, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy and optical methods. A bioselective layer of ZnO nanostructure was formed within the framework of covalent binding of specific antibody and characterized structures, optical and electronic properties of ZnO nanostructure after their biofunctional SEM methods and optical methods. Isolation and identification of K. pneumoniae strains has been performed from , the patients and carriers. Sensitivity of microorganisms to eleven antibiotics was determined. A high level of multidrug resistance was found among K. pneumonia strains. NPsAg have strong antibacterial and antibiofilm potential against multidrug-resistant K. pneumoniae.
