Biological molecules modified by the synthesized gold and silver nanoparticles act as a sensitive element of the created nanosensors. Possibilities of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the content of pathogenic microorganisms with the use of created nanosensors on the model contaminated media have been studied (presence in the environment of detection of various pathogens Escherichia, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus). The peculiarities of the work of the created experimental samples of nanosensors under the conditions of presence in the model systems of metal ions in different concentrations, and under the conditions of different salt composition of the model solutions are determined.
