Registration Date 03-01-2022 Organization State Institution "Institute of Technical Problems of Magnetism of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 The system of contour shielding (SKE) of a magnetic field of high-voltage cable lines (CL) for zones of coupling connections is developed, constructed on the basis of the created single-circuit electromagnetic screen with asymmetric magnetic communication with cables of separate phases. shielding corresponds to the level of the best foreign analogues with lower material consumption and electricity losses, does not have a thermal effect on the cable and does not limit its current capacity of the cable. On the experimental sample of the developed SKE system on the basis of cables of the APvEgaPu-110 type at nominal current of 500 A the basic practical aspects of introduction in practice of energy-efficient SKE, including methods of regulation of magnetic parameters of a core are worked out. The project of technical specifications on DKR on creation of an industrial design of SKE of the increased energy efficiency is developed. The results of the work were transferred to PJSC "YUZHKABEL PLANT" for implementation based on the use of existing technology for the production of high-voltage connecting cable couplings.
