The aim of the work is to conduct analytical research, draft a national mandate and annotations of harmonized European standards by determining the essential performance characteristics, classes and evaluation system, threshold levels of construction products Categories, develop scientifically sound proposals and recommendations and Construction Product Evaluation Systems. According to the results of work: - a draft national mandate was drafted; - analysis of harmonized technical specifications (European harmonized standards (EN) and European eligibility documents (EAD)) and annotations to 13 harmonized European standards related to the Category; - scientifically substantiated proposals and recommendations for determining the main essential performance characteristics, threshold levels, classes and systems of evaluation of construction products of the Category have been developed. The results of the STC can be used by the National Standardization Body in the development of national standards for the purposes of applying the Law of Ukraine "On the provision of construction products on the market", which are identical to the relevant harmonized European standards. The results of the STD can be used by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development to establish for a certain group of construction products covered by the national standard of essential performance characteristics, according to which the manufacturer must declare indicators of construction products when putting them into circulation and setting thresholds.
