The core-shell morphology of the obtained nanocomposites was established by transmission electron microscopy. Physical and physico-chemical studies of synthesized nanomaterials have been carried out. The influence of the nature of the filler (core) on their sensory characteristics was investigated. The conditions of application and preliminary sensory studies and correction of the sensitivity of the synthesized materials were optimized. In particular, a comparison was made of the solvents most suitable for the formation of dispersions of the nanocomposites, and the effect of dispersing conditions on their sensory properties was checked.
